1. 
The options for the future delivery of parks
management and grounds maintenance services as set out in this and
the accompanying Part 2 report be reviewed and it be agreed in
principle to extend the contract for parks management and grounds
maintenance services with idverde for a further 8 years
(1st April 2027 to 31st March 2035) at an
estimated annual value as set out in the Part 2 report (Option
1).

2. 
It be agreed that officers develop the detailed
options for the contract extension, including options to create
efficiencies, with this reported back to the Executive for formal
decision in July 2026, with pre-decision scrutiny from the
Environment & Community Services PDS Committee in June
2026.
