1. 
The contents of the report, including a total
rephasing of £14.9m from 2025/26 and 2027/28 into future
years as detailed in section 4.7 of the report be noted, and a
revised Capital Programme be agreed.
 
2. 
The following amendments to the Capital Programme be
agreed:
(a) 
A increase of £70k to an existing scheme as detailed in
paragraph 4.5.1 of the report; and
 
(b) 
A addition of £105k to a new scheme as detailed in paragraph
4.8.2 of the report.
