Decision

That

1. The contract extension for the Parks Management and Grounds Maintenance contract with idverde Ltd for a further 8 years (1st April 2027 – 31st March 2035), as detailed in the report and the accompanying Part 2 report be agreed.
2. The modification of the contract for Parks Management and Grounds Maintenance to include the addition of Parks Security Services for the extension period (1st April 2027 – 31st March 2035), as detailed in this report and the accompanying Part 2 report be approved.
3. The modification (partial termination) to the contract for Street Environment with Veolia Environmental Services UK PLC to remove Park Security Services from 1st April 2027, as detailed in this report and the accompanying Part 2 report be approved.
4. Authority be delegated to the Assistant Director of Legal Services to sign, execute and enter into all the necessary legal agreements together with any associated ancillary documentation required in order to conclude the contract extension and modification.
