Decision

That

1. The contents of the report, including a total rephasing of £37.1m from 2026/27 into future years as detailed in section 4.8 be noted;
2. The following amendments to the Capital Programme be approved:

(a)  A total increase of £16,205k to various existing schemes as detailed in paragraph 4.5.1 to 4.5.7;

(b)  Adjustments identified as part of the capital monitoring process totalling a net reduction of £11,286k as detailed in section 4.7; and

(c)  The addition of £389k for two new schemes as detailed in paragraphs 4.9.2 and 4.9.3.

(d)  The inclusion of the Supported Accommodation Care Leavers – Ethelbert Close Repairs Scheme to the Capital Programme, with a budget allocation of £250k be approved.
