Purpose

Paper outlining the proposal that LBB continue
to jointly fund/commission a range of CYP services that currently
sit within the scope of the community health services
contract.

To facilitate and formalise the joint arrangements between LBB and
SELICB, utilising the Section 75 agreement between the two
commissioning agencies.

Content

1. 
The approval of the joint funding and commissioning of services set
out in this paper be agreed for the duration of the two-year direct
award of the community health contract; and,
 
2. 
Subject to the funding agreement, these funds and services be
included within the S.75 agreement
between the Council and the South-East London Integrated Care Board
(SELICB.)
