That
1) 
The sale of the Rockhills and Sydenham Villas sites in Crystal
Palace Park to Bidder No. 7 detailed in Part 2 of this Report be
approved and authority delegated to the Director of Housing,
Planning, Property and Regeneration in conjunction with the
Portfolio Holder for Renewal, Recreation and Housing, to finalise
the terms of the sale and purchase in order
to proceed to a formal completion of the sale.
2) 
If the sale to Bidder 7 cannot proceed, the sale of
the Rockhills and Sydenham Villas sites
in Crystal Palace Park to Bidder No. 4 as identified in the Part 2
Report be approved.
3) 
Authority be delegated to the Assistant Director for
Legal Services to sign, execute and enter
into the sale and purchase agreement and transfer deed and
any other ancillary legal documentation relating thereto in
connection to the sale of the Rockhills
and Sydenham Villas sites.
4) 
Authority be delegated to the Director of Housing,
Planning, Property and Regeneration to enter into a grant agreement
with the National Lottery Heritage Fund to deliver the Crystal
Palace Park grant funded scheme.
5) 
Authority be delegated to the Director of Housing,
Planning, Property and Regeneration to deal with any other matters
arising from the National Lottery Grant Agreement or the disposal
of the residential lands that may arise.
6) 
The appointment for 2 FTE Staff to be funded from
the capital receipt for a 2-year fixed term contract to support the
development and ensuring Grampian conditions are delivered be
approved.
