The contents of this report be noted

It be noted that the overall strategic approach is
to continue the active management of the Portfolio. Individual
asset plans are in place for each property and are regularly
reviewed/updated by the Estates Team.
3. 
It be agreed that specialist investment property
advice is sought to review the portfolio and that a report is
presented to a future Executive meeting with proposed actions to
maximise the returns on the investments.
