That
1. 
The disposal of the
properties to Bidder 1 on a 999-year lease be approved.
2. 
Authority be delegated
to the Director of Housing, Planning, Property and
Regenerationin consultation with the Portfolio Holder and Director of
Finance to finalise the commercial
heads of terms with Bidder 1.
3. 
Authority be delegated
to the Assistant Director of Legal services to sign, execute and enter into all legal agreements
necessary to enable the completion of the transaction and any
ancillary legal documentation arising thereto.
4. 
Should the disposal to
Bidder 1 not proceed, then the Director of Housing, Planning, Property and
Regeneration in
consultation with the Portfolio Holder and Director of Finance, be
authorised to proceed with a disposal
to Bidder 3 and then should Bidder 3 not proceed to Bidder
2.
