The London Borough of Bromley’s current participation in the
pan London collaborative commissioning arrangements for Sexual
Health Services be noted, the continuation of these arrangements
for 2024/25 be approved and authority be delegated to the Director
of Public Health, in consultation with the Portfolio Holder, for
subsequent renewal of existing arrangements (the IAA and MoU).
2.  It be noted that
signature of a new Inter-Authority Agreement with the City of
London will be needed to continue participation in the pan London
online sexual health service after 2025/26, due to re-procurement.
Approval be given to enter into a new Inter-Authority Agreement,
replacing the current one, delegating authority to the Director of
Public Health, in consultation with the Portfolio Holder, to sign
updated pan London collaborative agreements at the relevant point
in the re-procurement process.
