That the award of £564,626.48 capital
grant to Bromley to support early years places and wrap around care
and the proposals for its use be noted.
 
That the 80/20 split in funding between
support for early years and wrap around places be noted.
 
That delegated authority be granted to the
Director for Education in consultation with the Children Education
and Families Portfolio Holder to agree funding awards to private
and voluntary sector providers and schools as set out within Report
CEF23117.
 
That it be noted that where funding to
private and voluntary organisations and schools is awarded, the
Council will require legal agreements covering the use of funding
to be in place before being committed to fund a scheme which is
agreed with recipients.
