That
 
1. 
The information be noted and the
procurement of Microsoft Office License Agreement, as set out in
the report for 3 years be approved.
 
2. 
An increase in the IT Services revenue budget of
£59k in
2024/25, £237k in 2025/26, £237k in 2026/27 and £237k in 2027/28 be approved to ensure the most optimal Microsoft
Office productivity and Cyber Security functions are procured and
available for the Council.
 
3. 
The use of the current IT service provider, BT
through the LPP framework, using the mechanism of the Crown
Commercial Services to procure the services detailed in the report
be agreed. Where in the opinion of the Director of Corporate
Services and Governance a separate procurement is required or
desirable, it be agreed to delegate authority in consultation with
the Portfolio Holder, to authorise the use of an alternative
procurement route.
