The Portfolio Holder for Environment endorsed
the findings of the Post Completion Review that had been carried
out in relation to the Croydon Road Recreation Ground Bandstand
Restoration Works.
The Portfolio Holder delegated authority to
the Director of Environment and Public Protection to approve any
variation to the project spend within the value of the remaining
project budget up to £7,254 during the Defects Liability
Period which ends on 28th March 2025.
The Portfolio Holder agreed that the scheme
and any unspent balance be removed from the Capital Programme at
the end of the Defects Liability Period on 28th March 2025.
