1. 
The contents of the report, including a
total rephasing of £11.6m from
2024/25 and 2026/27 into future years as detailed in section 3.7,
be noted and a revised Capital Programme be agreed.

2. 
The following amendments to the Capital
Programme be agreed:
(i) 
Increase of £57k for the Devolved Formula Capital scheme as
detailed in paragraph 3.5.1 of the report;
(ii) 
Increase of £20k for the BMX track and associated community club
at Hoblingwell Wood Recreation Ground
as detailed in paragraph 3.5.2 of the report;
(iii) 
Increase of £26k for the Property Disposal/Feasibility Work
project as detailed in paragraph 3.5.3 of the report;
(iv) 
Increase of £8k for the Principal Road Maintenance scheme as
detailed in paragraph 3.5.4 of the report;
(v) 
Net increase of £373k for the Transport of London schemes as
detailed in paragraph 3.5.5 of the report;
(vi) 
The addition of £175k for Local Authority Treescapes Fund as
detailed in paragraph 3.8.4 of the report; and
(vii) 
The addition of £45k for The River Beck Restoration Tree Planting as
detailed in paragraph 3.8.5 of the report.
3. 
It be noted that reports elsewhere on the
agenda request the addition of £29,000k for the Bellegrove Housing Development and
£2,125k for the purchase of a new
Children’s Home.
