That
1. 
The award of the contract extension for the
Environmental Services Contracts with Veolia for a further 8 years
(1 April 2027 to 31 March 2035) as detailed in Part 1 and 2 of this
report be agreed.
 
2. 
Authority be delegated to the Director of
Environment and Public Protection to conclude the commercial terms
of the contract extensions with Veolia, as set out in Parts 1 and 2
of this report and to thereafter delegate authority to the
Assistant Director of Corporate Services to sign, execute and enter
into all necessary legal agreements together with any associated
ancillary documentation required in order
to conclude the contract extensions.
