Decision
It was resolved to:
A Approve continued support for the local Dial a Ride and Volunteer Car Schemes arrangement through an annual grant funded agreement, and to delegate authority to the Executive Director Transport (including the Interim Executive Director Transport), in consultation with the Chief Finance Officer and Monitoring Officer to enter in the grant funded agreements as detailed in Appendix B: CT Schemes by Parish, and such other agreements as required.
B Approve not to expand the provision of Taxi Voucher provision for which the CPCA has inherited responsibility (the South Cambridgeshire Scheme) and to continue with the current arrangements (subject to means testing of all existing members in 27/28 with no new applications being accepted) and to delegate authority to the Executive Director, Transport (including the Interim Executive Director, Transport) to enter into these agreements on an annual basis, in consultation with the Chief Finance Officer and Monitoring Officer
