The Transport Committee and Combined Authority Board decided to note the community transport programme plan and progress. They also decided to continue supporting local Dial a Ride and Volunteer Car Schemes through annual grant funding agreements. The committee recommended to the Combined Authority Board not to expand the provision of the Taxi Voucher scheme, continuing with current arrangements subject to means testing of existing members.
