Gospel Oak District Management Committee

This Committee is an independent body that advises the Cabinet Member for Better Homes and Council Officers focussing on "all matters related to the services for management, maintenance and expenditure within their Housing District including regeneration, rehabilitation, leisure and the environment" and would discuss other matters as may be referred to DMC's from sources including the DMC Chairs and Officers.

There are five DMC's

Holborn Hampstead Gospel Oak Kentish Town Camden Town

They are advisory forums made up of tenant representatives and councillors which consider housing and environmental issues relating to Council tenancies and leases.
