Purpose

To consider the adoption of the Regis Road Area Guidance as a Supplementary Planning Document.

Decision

Consideration was given to a report of the Director of Economy, Regeneration and Investment.

DECISION –

THAT, having had due regard to Section 149 of the Equality Act 2010 (the Public Sector Duty), and having considered responses to the consultation as summarised in section 5 and Appendix 2, and the results of the Equalities Impact Assessment as set out in Appendix 3, the Cabinet Member for Planning and a Sustainable Camden:

      i)         Agrees the adoption of the Regis Road Area Guidance as a Supplementary Planning Document; and

     ii)         Authorises the Chief Planning Officer to make any minor non-substantive revisions to the Supplementary Planning Document they consider reasonably necessary in advance of final adoption.
