Purpose

Following a procurement process, this report sets out the recommendation to award a contract to Warwick Landscapes to deliver improvement works to the play area in Waterlow Park, for a period of 1 year and a total estimated contract value of £131,500.

This report is being submitted to the Director of Recreation for approval in line with Contract Standing Orders.

Decision

THAT the award of the contract to deliver improvement works to the play area in Waterlow Park to Warwick Landscapes for a period of 1 year for the sum of £131,500 per annum (with a total additional provisional sum of £20,330), to commence on 28th April 2025, be agreed.
