CONTRACT AWARD FOR MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORTED LIVING - PHASE 1 (AH/2025/12)
Consideration was given to a report of the Executive Director Adults and Health.
DECISION –
That, having considered the results of the equalities impact assessment at Appendix 2, and having due regard to the obligations set out in section 149 of the Equalities Act 2010, the Cabinet Member for Health Wellbeing and Adult Social Care:
i) Agrees the award of the Mental Health Supported Living – North/West Locality contract to Tenderer 1 for a period of 60 months (plus an optional extension of 24 months) for the sum of £6,614,450 in aggregate including contract extensions;
ii) Agrees the award of the Mental Health Supported Living – East Locality contract to Tenderer 2 for a period of 60 months (plus an optional extension of 24 months) for the sum of £5,920,061.49 in aggregate including contract extensions; and
iii) To note the intention to reprocure the Women’s Service.
