Consideration was given to a report
of the Executive
Director Investment, Place & Opportunity

 

DECISION –

 

THAT the Cabinet Member for Better Homes, following
consultation with the Cabinet Member for Finance and Cost of Living
and Ward Councillors:

 

i)           
Agrees that 7 Leighton Place, NW5 2QL is declared surplus to
requirements.

ii)           
Authorises the freehold sale of the Property on the open
market for the reasons outlined in this report in accordance with
Option 4 in section 3 of the report.

iii)           
Delegates authority to approve terms for the sale to the
Executive Director of Investment, Place & Opportunity, in
consultation with the Borough Solicitor, Director of Finance and
Head of Property.
