was given to a report of the Director
of Education Commissioning &
Inclusion.
 
DECISION –
 
That, having
considered the results of the equalities impact assessment at
Appendix A, and having due regard to the needs set out in section
149 of the Equality Act 2010, the Cabinet Member for Best Start for
Children and Families agrees to:
 

a)    
Authorise the pilot of an Inclusion Hub on the Brecknock
primary school site, locally managed by the Brecknock and Torriano
Federation, from 16 March to 31 August 2026; and
 

b)    
Delegate authority to the Director of Education Commissioning
and Inclusion, following consultation with the Cabinet Member for
Best Start to Children and Families, to decide whether to extend
the pilot, including the length of any such extension, subject to a
maximum extension of 31 August 2027
