Purpose

To confirm the adoption of the Kilburn Neighbourhood Plan as part of the council’s development plan, subject to the Neighbourhood Plan Referendum result.

Decision

RESOLVED –

THAT, having had due regard to the equality impact assessment in Appendix 3 and having had due regard to the obligations set out in section 149 of the Equality Act 2010, the Kilburn Neighbourhood Plan set out in Appendix 2 to the report be recommended to full Council for a formal resolution to make the Kilburn Neighbourhood Plan.
