DECISION –
That, having considered the results of the equalities impact assessment at Appendix 1, and having due regard to the obligations set out in section 149 of the Equalities Act 2010, the Cabinet Member for Best Start for Children and Families:
- Agrees the award of the contract for the Young People’s Supported Accommodation - Young Parent Support to Supplier A for a period of 72 months (plus an optional extension 36-month extension) for the sum of £1,242,000 in aggregate including contract extensions;
- Agrees the award of the contract for the Young People’s Supported Accommodation - Low Support to Supplier B for a period of 72 months (plus an optional extension 36-month) for the sum of £218,904 £2,022,931 in aggregate including contract extensions;
- Agrees the award of the contract for the Young People’s Supported Accommodation - High Support to Supplier C for a period of 72 months (plus an optional extension 36-month) for the sum of £10,508,778 in aggregate including contract extensions;
- Approves the award of the contract for the Young People Supported Accommodation - Mixed/High Support to Supplier D for a period of 72 months (plus an optional extension of 36 months) for the sum of £6,955,200 in aggregate including contract extensions; and
- Notes the intention to reprocure the Young People’s Supported Accommodation Mixed Support Service.
