DECISION –
THAT having considered the report, the Equality Impact Assessment (Appendix 1), and having had due regard to the needs set out in section 149 of the Equality Act 2010, the Leader of the Cabinet approves the procurement strategy for Nursing Block provision by way of 60-month contracts starting from July 2026 with up to 3 providers for an estimated aggregate value of £13,151,950.
