To consider the
adoption of a new Advocacy Policy for Camden, to support people who
have complex needs and require support, to express their views and
make informed choices.

Director Adults and Health and Executive
Director Children and Learning.
DECISION –
THAT, having
considered the results of the equalities impact assessment at
Appendix C, and having due regard to the needs set out in section
149 of the Equality Act 2010, the Cabinet member agrees the
publication and adoption of the Camden Advocacy Policy at Appendix
A and the accompanying Unreasonable Representative Behaviour
Procedure at Appendix B.
