DECISION –

THAT, having considered this report, including the relevant policies/ measures as set out in Sections 2-5, the Consultation Summary Report (Appendix A), the Equality Impact Assessment (Appendix C), and having had due regard to the needs set out in section 149 of the Equality Act 2010 and subject to compliance with all further statutory requirements, the Cabinet Member for Planning and a Sustainable Camden approves the recommendation to make permanent the current experimental hours of control of the CA-X (Elm Village) Controlled Parking Zone on Saturday between 8:30am – 12:00pm.
