DECISION –
THAT having considered the results of the Equalities Impact Assessment at Appendix 1, and having due regard to the obligations set out in section 149 of the Equalities Act 2010, the Cabinet Member for Health Wellbeing and Adult Social Care:
i) Agrees the award of the Mental Health Supported Living – Central Locality contract to Tenderer 1 for a period of 60 months (plus an optional extension of 24 months) for the sum of £8,042,720 in aggregate including contract extensions; and
ii) Agrees the award of the Mental Health Supported Living – South Locality contract to Tenderer 2 for a period of 60 months (plus an optional extension of 24 months) for the maximum sum of £8,972,163 in aggregate including contract extensions.
