The Executive Director Investment, Place and Opportunity agreed to submit a planning application for the Hadley Street scheme on 6th May 2026. This scheme proposes two residential blocks providing 16 affordable homes, communal amenity space, and estate landscape enhancements. The decision included alterations to the Heybridge underpass, provision of on-site cycle parking, a caretaker's store, TRA storage rooms, and wider estate landscape improvements.
