Councillor Sagal Abdi-Wali, Cabinet Member for Better Homes, agreed on 13 December 2024 that the Russell Chambers Residents' Association can continue to manage their caretaking and cleaning service for five years. Authority was delegated to the Director of Housing Management to finalise the agreement.
