Purpose
To consider a variation to the Section 75 partnership agreement between with Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust (CNWL) to include the Best Start for Families: health visiting and infant feeding support service from 1 July 2026.

DECISION –
THAT having considered the results of the Equalities Impact Assessment (Appendix A) and having due regard to the needs set out in section 149 of the Equality Act 2010, the Cabinet Member for Best Start for Children and Families:
- Approves the variation of the contract (section 75 agreement) with Central and North West London (CNWL) NHS Foundation Trust for a period of 33 months from 1st July 2026 to 31st March 2029 for the sum of £576,950; and
- Approves a waiver to implement the variation as it is not permissible under the terms of the contract as required under CSO E2.2 and in line with CSO F3.4.
