DECISION –

THAT having had due regard to the equalities impact assessment (Appendix 2), and the obligations in section 149 of the Equality Act 2010, the Cabinet Member for Better Homes and Homelessness Prevention approves the waiver to enable the Director of Property Management to extend the contract with OpenView Security Solutions Limited, in accordance with Contract Standing Order F3.4 for a period of 9 months until 31st March 2027, for an estimated value of £2.205m.
