DECISION –

THAT having considered the results of the equalities impact assessment at Appendix 1, and having due regard to the obligations set out in section 149 of the Equalities Act 2010, the Cabinet Member for Best Start for Children and Families agrees the award of the contract for the Young People’s Supported Accommodation Pathway – Assessment Service to Supplier A for a period of 72 months (plus an optional extension of 36-months at the sole discretion of the Council) for the sum of £8,898,989) in aggregate including the contract extension.
