Purpose

This report seeks approval from the Executive Director Children and Learning to temporarily cover two director level posts; the Director of Childrens Prevention, Family Help and Safeguarding and the Director of Relational Practice.

Decision

THAT the following 6-month temporary director post arrangements (including the transfer of relevant responsibilities and delegated decision-making authority) be approved:

(i)                 The transfer of Nana Bonsu, the substantive Director of Relational Practice postholder, into the Director of Children’s Prevention, Family Help and Safeguarding post; and

(ii)                The acting-up of Jessica Eneberi, the interim Head of Family Support and Complex Families, into the Director of Relational Practice post.
