Purpose

This report sets out a procurement strategy for audit services for London’s Social Housing Fund (SHF) Strategic Partnership  for which Camden is the Lead Grant Recipient. It is proposed that Camden Council lead on the procurement process and then enter into the contract on behalf of the Strategic Partnership. The contract will be for three years with no-fault break options at the end of Years 1 and 2, to be taken up at the sole option of the Council. The total contract value over three years is estimated to be £90,000 to £120,000 of which Camden will pay only a small portion based on its share of grant. The contract is anticipated to start on 1 June 2026 and the procurement route is a Request for Quotation (RfQ) to four invited companies.

The report is being submitted to the Director of Finance in line with Contract Standing Orders.
