Purpose

Decision

That, following consultation with the Executive Director Corporate Services, the Cabinet Member for New Homes, Jobs and Community Investment, the Cabinet Member for Finance and Cost of Living, the Cabinet Member for Better Homes, the Director of Development, Head of Property and Borough Solicitor:

  1. The procurement strategy for the two projects within the New Homes for Small Sites Programme Package A, that being to invite tenders using a competitive flexible procedure under the Procurement Act 2023, for an estimated value of:

○       Contract 1: Highgate Road estate: c. £5.97m

○       Contract 2: Raglan Street estate: c. £8.27m

be approved; and

  1. It be noted that a further contract award report will be submitted in due course subject to the successful completion of the tenders.
