Purpose

This report sets out the procurement strategy to procure a cloud-native cyber security platform based on a zero trust architecture.  A zero trust platform enforces the principle of “never trust always verify” continuously authenticating and authorising every user, device and application before granting access to Camden’s network.

The recommended procurement route is to run a further competition using The Health Trust Europe (HTE), ICT Solutions, COM IT3 Framework, which is Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR2015) compliant.

The proposed contract term will be for a period of 5 years from 1st July 2026 for the total aggregated value of £1,500,000 (excluding VAT).

This report is being presented to the Executive Director Corporate Services, following consultation with the Cabinet Member for Finance and Cost of Living, in line with Contract Standing Orders.
