The framework was procured using an open procedure in accordance with Regulation 27 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR 2015).  The primary aim of the framework is to invest in the Council’s homes in line with the aims of the Housing Investment Strategy approved in January 2025.  The Camden Property Works Framework has been established to support the delivery of a broad range of construction and property-related works.  The Framework comprises of 15 (no) lots designed specifically for the types of works we undertake to our housing blocks and resident’s properties.

The proposed framework agreements will have a duration of four years, with an anticipated commencement date of September 2026, covering the period 2026 to 2030.

This report seeks approval to award the framework agreements across all seven lots and associated sub-lots to a minimum of six suppliers where possible. Where fewer than six suppliers are available, all qualifying suppliers are included. Each lot can have a maximum of eight top ranked suppliers.

This report will be presented to the Executive Director of Homes & Communities following consultation with the Cabinet Member for Better Homes and Homelessness Prevention for approval in line with the Council’s Contract Standing Orders.
