DECISION –

THAT the Cabinet Member for Health, Wellbeing and Adult Social Care agrees to approve a waiver in line with Contract Standing Order F3.4 in order to:

  1. Vary the existing Inter-Authority Agreement (IAA) for the Pan-London Sexual Health e-Service, under the London Sexual Health Programme (LSHP) to enable the London Borough of Camden to extend its participation in the service for a further 1 x 12 month period; and
  2. Enable the Executive Director for Adults and Health to extend the current contract with PreventX for the period of 12 months, commencing 15 August 2026 to 14 August 2027, at an estimated value of £650,000 attributable to Camden.
