Appendix 1, 2, 3 and 4 to this report is exempt from
publication on the basis that it contains information of the
description set out in paragraphs 14 and 21 of Part 4 of schedule
12 A of the Local Government Act 1972 and in all the circumstances
of the case, the public interest in maintaining the exemption
outweighs the public interest in disclosing the
information

 

Appendix 6 Legal Implications is exempt from
publication pursuant to Paragraph 16 of Part 4 of Schedule 12A to
the Local Government Act 1972.

 
AGREED: that
the value and programme of the demolition contract
at the site known as Ty Glas with Erith Contractors Ltd be
varied  as set out in the
report.
