AGREED
Approval be given to enter into a JCT 2016 D&B
contract with Wates Residential to deliver 83 properties at the
Narberth Road site through the Cardiff Living programme
 

Reasons for the decision

All necessary conditions have
now been met and a final cost plan has been submitted by Wates in
order to draw-down the Narberth Road scheme and enter into contract
for the development of 83 new homes through the Cardiff Living
programme.  The delivery of this project
will help ensure the Council’s affordable housing targets are
able to be met.
