AGREED: that
 
For clients residing in
Temporary Accommodation and on the homeless waiting
list:
 
1)   
The current Allocations Policy be amended and social
housing in any area of the city be offered. 
 
2)   
Private Rented Sector accommodation be offered
outside of Cardiff, where appropriate, following a full assessment
of housing and support needs.
