AGREED:
that in accordance with Land Matters Report (see
Appendix 4) approved at the Cabinet Meeting in March 2024, the site
known as the ‘land at Pengam
Green’ as edged in red on the plan (Appendix 1) be acquired
from the Welsh Government upon the terms (set out in Confidential
Appendix 3).
