Appendix 1 is not for publication as it contains
exempt information of the description in paragraph 14 of Schedule
12A of the Local Government Act 1972 and in all the circumstances
of the case, the public interest in maintaining the exemption
outweighs the public interest in disclosing the

that the contract for the
Supply of Bio-degradable liners be awarded to The Compost Bag
Company.
 

Reasons for the decision

The contract has been awarded, following a
tender process via the ESPO framework, a recognised framework for
the supply of bio-degradable liners (Ref 860_22 Lot 9).
