AGREED:
that Cardiff Council offers a Welsh Government
Transforming Towns grant of £700,000 and loan of up to
£139,871 to RWCMD towards the restoration and regeneration
costs associated with the Old Library on the Hayes in the city
centre.
 

Reasons for the decision

To enable Cardiff Council to
award funding via the Welsh Government’s Transforming Towns
Fund to the RWCMD to enable the restoration and regeneration costs
associated with the Old Library.
