AGREED: that
 

procurement of a new
Schools Managed Information System (MIS) on a 5-year contract with
an estimated value of £2.5M over the 5-year term be
approved;
the KCS –
Education Management Systems Framework, be utilised for the
proposed procurement (mini-comp) as; and,
the evaluation
criteria be approved to be used for the proposed procurement (60%
Quality, 30% Cost, and 10% Community Well-being
Benefits).
