Appendix 1 of this report is
exempt from publication on the basis that it contains exempt
information of the description in paragraph 16 (legal privilege) of
Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972
Appendices 2, 3 & 4 of this
report are exempt from publication on the basis that it contains
information of the description set out in paragraph 14 of Part 4 of
schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 and in all the
circumstances of the case, the public interest in maintaining the
exemption outweighs the public interest in disclosing the
information.
 
AGREED: that
 
1.             
the evaluation criteria set out in the report be
approved, and
 
2.             
tender documentation be issued via SEWSCAP4, Lot 9,
to search for a contractor to complete the Fairwater Community
Campus scheme, noting a single stage approach is being
applied.

To secure a replacement
principal contractor to complete Fairwater Community Campus
following the insolvency of ISG Construction Ltd.
