Appendix A of this report is exempt from
publication on the basis that it contains information of the
description set out in paragraph 14  of
Part 4 of schedule 12 A of the Local Government Act 1972 and
in all the circumstances of the case, the public interest in
maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interest in
disclosing the information.
 
 
AGREED:  that a direct award be awarded to
Portakabin via lot 10b SEWSCAP4 framework for the sum of
£4,266,865.22
for the purchase and installation of
demountable units on the old Fitzalan high site for use by
Lansdowne Primary
