and delivery of Plumbing, Heating, Ventilation and Electrical
fittings, cable, and lighting materials
 
Appendix A of
this report is
exempt from publication on the basis that it contains information
of the description set out in paragraphs 14 and 21 of Part 4 of
schedule 12 A of the Local Government Act 1972 and in all the
circumstances of the case, the public interest in maintaining the
exemption outweighs the public interest in disclosing the
information.
 
Appendix B of this report is exempt from
publication on the basis that it contains information of the
description set out in paragraph 16 of schedule 12A of the Local
Government Act 1972
 
 
AGREED: that
 
1.    
the contract for the supply and delivery of
Plumbing, Heating, Ventilation (Lot 3) be awarded to Powred Heating
Components LTD T/A PHC Parts and

 
2.    
the contract for the supply and delivery of
Electrical fittings, cable and lighting materials be awarded to
City Electrical (Lot 4)
