AGREED:  that
 

the
extension of the Dynamic Approved Provider List (DAPL) for
commissioning care home placements for older people for up to 2
years until 3rd May 2027 be approved.

 

the
amended Operational Guidance that governs the working of the
Dynamic Approved Provider List (DAPL) be
approved.

 

It be
noted that the modernisation of the guidance aims to align
arrangements with current needs, strengthening placement quality
and affordability.

 

The
implementation of the changes will be phased during the term of the
extension.
