RESOLVED:
that a works contract be directly awarded
to Knox and Wells Ltd via lot 5 SEWSCAP4 framework for the sum of
£4,841,000 for internal and external refurbishment works to
both Fairoak Primary and Ysgol Mynydd Bychan buildings.
